- *Student:* Refers to the individuals receiving educational or instructional services through the platform.
- *Commission:* Refers to the percentage of payment retained by the platform from the total fees paid by the students to the tutors.

### 2. Services

Ligo Academy provides a platform that connects students with tutors for one-on-one learning sessions. The platform facilitates the booking, payment, and delivery of these sessions.

### 3. Account Registration

To use the services of the platform, both tutors and students must register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

### 4. Fees and Payments

- *Tutors:* Tutors set their own rates for the sessions.
- *Commission:* The platform retains a 15% commission from the total fees paid by the students to the tutors. The remaining 85% will be transferred to the tutor.
- *Payment Processing:* All payments will be processed through [Payment Processor]. The platform will transfer the tutor’s share within [number] days after the session completion.

### 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.

### 9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the platform, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
